After becoming so dedicated to Halloween, I have made it a tradition to officially take out my "Halloween Box" on the fifth of July and open it up to begin making plans for the upcoming Halloween season. I choose the fifth because it's the day after the fourth, which is technically the last holiday before Halloween. It is also a good place because it's early enough to give me some time to really think and begin coming up with ideas. Don't get me wrong, I love me some summer, but I am definitely excited to open up the box and look through my collection of holiday magazines and old notes from Halloweens past.
