Self-Destruction

So sorry for any ridiculous typo's or misspelled words in the past few posts, particularly the previous one saying it's my "one year anniversary" when it's really been my second... been sick this weekend and I seem to have lost my head.

October 1st: Two Year Anniversary

Proud to say Vintage Seance is two years old! I first began blogging (mostly sharing interesting media) on October 1st of 2009. It's been a great two years and I am happy to always find new links, photos, videos, and articles to share with those who have enjoyed Vintage Seance and for those who are soon to discover it. Thank you to all my loyal readers/viewers and commenters, it means a lot! Also thanks to all the bloggers, haunters, photographers, filmmakers, and other artists who have inspired me. I say raise a glass of your drink of choice and here's to another fun year, a terrific & beautiful haunting season , and let the partying forever carry on!

Witch Board

Angelhead: "Marvis Hazel Griffith, seen here in 1926 with the Ouija Board that was later connected with her untimely death. Her friends and family told reporters: 'Hazel was forever using the witch board. Always up late at night trying desperately to contact her deceased grandmother.' The night after she told her relatives that her grandmother Mary had indeed contacted her via the 'talking witch board.' She died alone in her father's study, the Ouija Board resting on the floor beside her. Cause of death remains 'unknown.'"

In Deep Thought

As it is the end of the semester, I've got lots of projects to work on; two film projects, a scene in theatre and two roles in our upcoming one act play festival.

Time to get creative...

April Fooling

So today I decided that I would fully take advantage of April Fool's Day after coming up with an idea for a very good prank. I have never really done an amazing April Fools Day joke before but my friend and I knew that the idea we had for a prank had to be put into action. I thought it would be absolutely ridiculous if we created a fake Facebook profile for a guy that does not exist (and who happens to be the lamest person ever, and a mother's worst nightmare) and to say that I am "in a relationship" with him, just to see what happens. No one caught on. They all believed I was dating this complete weirdo. I finally spilled the beans... what fools.
